Overview
Our client, a prominent security technology provider, faced a significant challenge after transitioning from being a subsidiary of a larger organization to an individual entity.
Business Challenge
Following the separation, our client needed to establish an entirely new technical environment, including setting up an independent instance of Salesforce. The new organization, however, lacked the internal resources and bandwidth to handle this complex task, particularly in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, CPQ, and Commerce Cloud.
Project Objective
LABUR was then brought in to assemble a Salesforce Scrum Team comprised of a Strategic Advisor, Project Manager, Architect, and Product Owner to work alongside the client's contracted Developer.
Our team was tasked with a variety of post-go-live activities aimed at supporting the stabilization of the new Salesforce platform including enhancements, upgrades, bug fixes, and managed package integrations.
